First Snow of 07

On the night of January 31st, Sumner County Schools canceled schools for the next 2 days due to weather and illness.  When we woke up on Thursday, there was nothing on the ground, not even frost.  Mommy declared it PJ Day.  We stayed in our PJs and laid around, watched cartoons, painted and watched movies.  The kids were in heaven.  For lunch, we had breakfast; eggs, bacon, and angel biscuits.  We ended the day with a sleepover.  But when we woke up . . . .

SNOW  .   .   .  SNOW  .   .   .   SNOW  .   .   .   SNOW

A little bit of snow can   .   .   .
make snow angels
make snowballs
cause laughter
make snowman and snow dog
cause smiles
and make an appetite.
    
When we woke up on Sunday, there was even MORE snow.  We went from church clothes to snow pants, likiddy split!  We got our sled and head to the drainage area in our neighborhood.  We stopped by and picked up our friends and neighbors, Robin, Ellie, and Lily.  Snow is so rare around here, we have to take advantage of it.  Boy have we enjoyed.  Check out our last "little films" and pictures.
